Thank God, Kids Are On Break....

After two weeks of studying for the mastery and the quarterly exams, I thought I'm back in grade school. But this time, it's different. My 6th grader kid spend so much time studying all the names of our leaders and their biographies, even the Constitution for their Social Studies exams. The third grade kid studied the usual facts about the earth, plants and animals; about Noah, Moses, the prodigal son and some saints for their CLE . But she had a hard time studying for Math, they had the usual problem solving using multiplication and simplifying fractions plus finding the GCF. While my only son, who's in grade 1, exerted extra time and effort reviewing for Math and Makabayan (Social Studies) again.

I'm just thankful the exams are over. They're on a semestral break. Now we can all relax and unwind. Kids are now looking forward to Halloween's trick or treatin' activities
